Olé Operations Hub is an internal tool for authorized restaurant staff and managers. It brings together employee workflows, tips, training, and restaurant operations.
The optional Google Calendar connection keeps shared operational events and neutral follow-up reminders available in the Hub and in managers' Google Calendar apps. The restaurant account connects the two designated calendars: Olé — Manager Events and Olé — Hub Reminders.
Google data & privacy
This notice describes the Google Calendar integration. Access to the Hub and access to a shared Google calendar are separate permissions.
Information accessed: the connected Google account's email address, calendar IDs and metadata, event details such as titles, dates and descriptions, and sharing permissions and recipient email addresses.
Purpose: verify the restaurant account, display the shared agenda, create or update authorized operational events and reminders, prevent duplicate delivery, and maintain manager calendar access selected by the owner.
Scope: Google grants permissions over calendars owned by or available to the connected account. The Hub's provider checks the identity of the restaurant account and the two designated Olé calendars before operating on them. It does not request Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or passwords.
Sharing: calendar event content is sent to Google and is visible to people with access to the relevant shared calendar. Calendar entries should contain only appropriate operational information. Medical details, disciplinary narratives, pay information and private personnel-file contents should remain out of shared calendar events.
Storage: connection tokens are encrypted in the restaurant server's protected credential storage. Operational records, delivery references and access history are stored in the Hub's local database. Authorized administrators can access the server and its backups.
Retention: removing a manager's calendar access does not erase existing Hub records or audit history. Disconnecting the Google account does not automatically delete existing calendar events or backups. Contact the restaurant owner about correction, retention or deletion requests; no automatic deletion period is promised by this notice.
Control: the Google account owner can revoke the connection through Google Account permissions. The restaurant owner controls Hub calendar sharing. Managers may need to accept or add a shared calendar in their own Google account.
Google data is used for the operational functions described here, not advertising, sale of personal information or training a general-purpose AI model. Olé Operations Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Internal-use terms
This service is for people authorized by Olé Mexican Restaurant. Use your own assigned sign-in, enter accurate work information and keep private personnel information out of shared calendars. Report errors to management so they can be corrected in the authoritative Hub record.
Calendar delivery can be delayed by connectivity or provider availability. Use the Hub's current saved record and synchronization status to check whether a change has been confirmed. A calendar reminder is not a payroll record or a replacement for the underlying employee record.
